When ordering from Husqy.CE carriage is automatically calculated via Shipper.com which calculates the rate by your location and the size and dimensions of what you are purchasing.

Generally, carriage to Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Scilly Islands and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland carries a premium over UK mainland addresses.

To comply with legislation all batteries have to be shipped separately with clearly identifiable labelling on.

Most of our parcels are despatched via Fedex the same day they are ordered as long as it is before 1500hrs. Orders received after this cut-off time may be despatched the following day if the carrier has already left. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to accept delivery of your parcel, additional charges may be levied if the courier is unable to deliver your parcel if there is no-one there to do this.

For multiple orders of larger items it may be beneficial to contact Husqy.CE to get a bespoke shipping rate.

Please note that all delivery times are approximate and occasionally they may be extended for reasons beyond our control.

Please sign for any parcels that arrive damaged or with the packaging damaged as ‘DAMAGED’ on the carrier’s paperwork. Carriers will not accept any claims for damage if the parcel has been signed for in good condition.

All claims for missing items must be notified to PES within 24 hours, all claims outside of this period may be rejected.

Whilst every effort is made to fulfil your orders in a timely manner, sometimes we may have insufficient stock. If any items are ordered that are time critical it may be prudent to contact Husqy.CE to check order status.
