Incorrectly supplied items
If Husqy.CE have incorrectly supplied the wrong item, we will send out the correct item and collect the incorrectly supplied one at our expense.
Incorrectly ordered items
If the customer has ordered the wrong item the following criteria applies.
- In-stock item – The customer is responsible for sending the part back in a ‘signed for’ format and will receive a refund minus a 20% handling charge and any outward carriage. All parts must be in the original packaging and be in a resaleable condition
- Special orders – No specially ordered part can be returned without prior agreement
- Electrical components – No electrical components can be returned.
